Problem Description
When converting (save as) a file from dgn to dwg, the name of the reference file appears in the name of the levels.
Steps to Resolve
In ‘Save As DWG’ Options Dialog
Select: Reference Tab
Select:
“Copy levels during Merge” and
select
“ if not found”
