How to populate an Items Property with multiple entries.

Background

Sometimes Items attached to elements may need to allow for multiple values to be entered into a Property Definition, for example to record multiple team members against the Element the Item is attached.
When defining the Item Property Definition, the 'Is Array' should be set to 'True' to allow for multiple values to be added to the Property Definition of the Item rather than a single value when set to ‘False’

Steps to Accomplish

Entering multiple values to the Property Definition when attaching the Item to an Element

Note: The Item Property Definition ‘Is Array’ needs to be ‘True’

From the Ribbon select the ‘Attach Item’ tool (Drawing > Attach > Item Types)

In the Tool Settings dialog, Select the Item Type to attach

Right Click on Property name ‘Inspectors’ and select ‘Add Entry’
Select the Down arrow and enter the first value required ‘Inspector A ‘
To add more entries Right Click on Property name ‘Inspectors’ and select ‘Add Entry’ again, or Right Click on the First Entry and select ‘Add Entry’ or ‘Add Entry Above’
Note: Use the scroll bars on the right to find the new entry if required

Entering multiple values to the Property Definition for an Item already attached to an Element

Note: The Item attached to the element being edited needs to have an ‘Is Array’ Property Definition associated with the Item.

Open the Properties dialog if not already open
Select the element which has the Item attached using the Element Selection tool
In the Properties Dialog locate the Items section and select the Arrow next to the Property Definition to expose the existing Entries
Right Click on one of the values and choose ‘Add Entry’ and enter anew value ‘Inspector C’
