Problem
When trying to install Microstation V8 onto Windows 2000, the install
shield dialog boxes are blank.
Cannot complete installation. None of the instruction information
appears above the option buttons. dual screen Dells.

Solution
It is most likely a problem with the video card and/or its settings. If there are dual monitors,
or has hardware acceleration turned on for the video card, or has any other special video settings (anywhere within the Control Panel > Display Settings > 'Settings'
tab), try turning those settings off and see if the problem goes away."
On trying the install in single screen mode it solved the problem.
