Problem
MicroStation installation does not continue and gives error message that KB2999226 needs to be installed, even though KB2999226 has already been installed on the computer
Solution
Please run the installation setup with the following command from the command line:
Setup_MicroStationx64_10.10.00.023_de_Full.exe BeSkipKBCheck=1
This command is also required for Language pack Installation.
