Microstation Connect release 10.
Time for me to fill out more Service Tickets I guess, likely need to make videos, send files, get no answers.
So just in case anyone is interested here are my recent observations-
a. Drop down for level, when paged, skips over 1.3 lines.
b. Measure distance along element (lstring) when selecting a line that lies over another line, it will only find one, not the other, with reset.
Place line tangent from arc, tangent snap does not recognize (snap to) arc if arc is custom linestyle
When using docked tool boxes (docked on left and right edge), focus moves to second screen on it’s own
Started using tool settings from the dock. If I use modify and select a simple shape, I do not get the orthogonal box to select. Works O.K. if tool settings are floating or tiled with view.
Still several things goofy with text. Text operations seem to nullify or ignore undo, text elements seem to randomly assign design file order, accudraw has some sort of “preference” locking snap to text elements when trying to find nearby lines. Also text dialogue box does not resize correctly with certain multi line text, scroll bars not there, certain portions of text are inaccessible unless box is resized.
Occassional instance of Input>Click sensitivity unexpectedly dropping points. Works fine 90% of the time, then every once in a while acts like sensitivity is set tool high.
