Microstation Connect - How do you create report with Item Type and element property (ex.: lenght, area, etc...)

I have item types define in my drawing and also attach to complexe elements,  I would like to create a report that show my element template and the item property.

ex.: I have complexe element with item type "white paint" attach to it I would like to do a report that show this element and also the lenght of it.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
