Is there any easy way to determine key-ins or variable names in various parts of MicroStation?

Solution

Yes, you can record a MicroStation VBA macro while you perform a specific operation (e.g. open a dialog, click on a tool button, adjust settings, etc.)

When completed, you can edit the resulting VBA code to see what key-ins and/or variable settings were recorded.
