Convert dwg to Microstation dgn

Hello,

I am using Carlson Survey OEM We have a client that uses Microstation and is requesting our dwg to be exported to a dgn. In the export DGN settings window, it asks for the "seed file". I found an example 2d seed file in the Google Earth Pro folder, but have no idea what this is.I have been searching the internet and find plenty of importing dgn to dwg, but not the other way. Can someone please help?
