Sheet Setup

When I create a sheet file, the scaling of the sheet boundary reacts differently in the Connect Edition than it did in V8i (08.11.09.832).

In V8i I would reference my border to the sheet file. From the Models dialog I would choose the icon "Define Sheet Boundary". Set my size to ANSI D. Initially have the scale set to Full Size 1=1. Then identify my border attachment. When I change the scale to 1" = 50' everything scales up correctly, the sheet boundary and the border. If I change the scale again, say to 1" = 20', everything would scale down correctly.

The issue is the last step in Connect Edition does not work. I can setup the sheet boundary onto a reference border and set the correct scale to 1" = 50'. But if I change the scale again then the sheet boundary scales ok but the reference attachment scales 600 times bigger than the sheet boundary. I suspect that the 600 comes from the 12 inches times 50 = 600. But why is it happening?

I perform the exact same steps in V8i and I can change the scale up and down all day and the border reference always reflects then new scale.

In Connect Edition it seems like you only get one shot with the scale once the border attachment is identified.

Any thoughts? Is this happening for anyone else?

TIA, Karl Todt
