Reality model clip and export issue

Hi,

The clip, mask tool issue of Reality Model and LumenRT exporting problem:

APP:    Microstation CE Update 7 or OpenRoads Designer Update 2

My workflow:

1, first attaching a .3sm reality model

2, referencing a dgn file

3, using a shape (Construction class) to clip or mask the reality model to show the .DGN up

Problem:

1, When the workflow done, the reality model is invisible after zooming in or out!

2, even if do not zoom in or out, and only export to LumenRT (Update 3), I find that the referenced. DGN model will be clipped by the shape as well. Obviously it is illogical, what is wrong?

but sometimes , the exporting is weird! There is nothing , like what the video showed that the exporting result is black and blank.

Question:

1. How to clip the reality model properly?

2. How to export the reality model(.3sm) to lumenRT properly?
