Problem

Add / Insert an Enter Data Fields to existing text.

Solution

(1) Select the edit text and identify the text.
(2) When the text displays in the word processor window, place the pointer at the position where the data field is wanted.
(3) Click the right mouse button and select "Insert Enter Data Field".
(4) Fill in the text (or leave it blank) and set the length and justification for the Enter Data Field.
(5) Click the OK button to accept.
(6) Enter a data point in the view to accept the changes.
