Problem
How to check for overlapping elements in a design file so they can either be moved, removed or just selected.
Solution
The Data Cleanup or Design File Cleanup tool would work well with the location of any elements that are overlapping.
Utilities > Data Cleanup > Overlaps
Under the Overlaps tab you will find controls allow you to specify the types of elements and attributes to include when performing the search.
You can also specify an Overlap Tolerance for how close the overlap might be between the elements.
