User has requested a method for stretching a title block or sheet boundary from one size to another. This is when the sizes along the X and Y axis may involve using two different scales and cannot be manipulated in the one operation.

Option 1

The first option is to use a fence that surrounds the whole title block or sheet boundary. This would be using the Scale option on the Manipulate Fence Contents tool. The main problem with this method is that the text is contained within the manipulated fence and can resize to unexpected sizes.

Option 2

This second option is probably the recommended method for performing this operation. This avoids the problems with resizing the text by using the Stretch option of the Manipulate Fence Contents tool while using a Overlap on the Fence being used.
