- Navigate to the The Bentley Cloud Services CONNECTION Center https://connect.bentley.com/.:
Scroll down the page, and select the Software Downloads option from the My Support section.
Sign in with your Bentley credentials if prompted.
Note, if you log in as a restricted user who does not have the "Download" role, then you will be redirected to the free iWare site at this point. Only users with the download role can enter the Software Fulfillment center. Find out more about User Management at this wiki.
Enter a product name in the Search field located in the upper left.
While inputting a product name, a drop-down menu will appear with suggestions. Choose one if applicable. Otherwise, press Enter on your keyboard, or click the magnifying glass to the right of the Search field.
Depending on the results list, you may want to refine the search by adjusting attributes on the left sidebar such as language. Doing so will narrow the results.
Once a product is located in the results list, click the triangle next to All Downloads to display available installers. Check the box to the left of the product to also select any prerequisites.
To quickly download a single item, click the green icon to the left.
Review and accept the download terms to begin the download.
- If you do not have Bentley login information please contact your site administrator so that he/she can set you up as a web user for your company.
- If you are the site administrator, please contact 1-800-BENTLEY, option 3 (web related issues) for analyst help retrieving your login.
- If you are attempting to download products from our website but are unable to due to firewall or setting restrictions, please go to the Service Request Manager to log a service request on the web and an analyst will contact you regarding the issue.
- If the current site administrator has left your company and you need to appoint a new site administrator, please go to the Service Request Manager to log a service request on the web and an analyst will contact you regarding the issue. You will need to include the previous site administrator’s name and email address as well as the name and email address of the person who will become the new site administrator.
- If you are using Chrome and are not logged in you may see a blank screen instead of the software downloads.
