Problem
Are you new to MicroStation and need help with tools?
Solution
Enable "Tracking" under Help-menu:
1. Go to the menu pull down.
2. Go to Help.
3. Select "Tracking" (this enables it).
Each time you start a tool, the help documentation will open to the section that explains the use of the active tool. As the tool or view control changes, the help changes.
Key-in: HELP TRACKING
Note: Repeat above steps to disable tracking.
